Dear Bhaktas,

With the World witnessing an unprecedented threat of COVID 19, it is also awakening to kinship of all humankind, and of the importance of prayerfulness. Our Rsis have always spoken of सर्वे सन्तु निरामयाः ' May every one be healthy free of ailments'. The collective/समष्टि – welfare presupposes the welfare of each unit, each individual. We share with you a small hymn from the Yajurveda, called अवयव-स्वस्थता प्रार्थना as an audio file, herewith.

Praying sincerely for every person to stay healthy,

Mahapradosham was celebrated with Rudrabhshekam to Bhagavan Sri Chaleshwara, the first in this Uttarayana.

The viscid Madhu made him Madhumaya! Floral Nagaphani stood out as sarpajihva!

The next Mahapradosham is on the 6th February, 2020, Thursday

Mahapradosham Celebrated

With the temperatures reminding one of Kailasa, Mahapradosham was celebrated today, with Rudrabhishekam!

Alankara with Rtu Pushpa garlands delighted, as did the Mewari headgear!

The next Mahapradosham is on Wednesday, the 22 January, 2020, in Uttaraayanam.

Dear Bhaktas,

Somamahapradosham was celebrated today with Rudrabhishekam to Bhagavan Sri Chaleshwara.

Fluids thickened with cold, but melting devotion won!

The Lord shone with rtu-pushpalankara, and a bright headgear (Ushneesha).

Soma-Mahapradosham and Geeta Jayanti

Dear Bhaktas,

Soma-Mahapradosham was celebrated with Rudrabhishekam to Bhagavan Sri Chaleshwara.

With the advent of winter comes the blessing of beautiful flowers to deck up the Lord.

The next Mahapradosham is on the 23rd December, Monday.

Bhagavadgeeta Jayanti was celebrated yesterday on Mokshada Ekadashi, at the Chhaatraalaya.

Samooha Parayanam of the whole Geeta was followed by Archana, Bhajans and Deeparadhana.

Shani Pradosham, Jai Sri Ram!

Dear Bhaktas,

Mahadeva joyously accepted Rudrabhishekam performed by Bhaktas this Shani Pradosham!

After all, He is Ramaswami, the 'Lord' of Lord Rama Himself, and must have reasons to be pleased – re-enthroning Raja Rama at Ayodhya!

There is a Deepawali in the heart of all Bharateeyas, Rama being the very life pulsating in this great Spiritual culture*. Nama Ramayana was sung today with devotional fervour!

With Neelambara flowers in bloom, a purple 'riot' adorned the Lord!

A canopy of Cobra's hood, and Bilva leaves add to His glory!

The next Mahapradosham is on the 24th November, Sunday.

Dhanatrayodashi Mahapradosham

Dear Bhaktas,

Mahapradosham was celebrated today with Abhishekam to Sri Chaleshwara.

Being Dhanatrayodashi, the appearance day of Bhagavan as Lord Dhanvantari, the Dhanvantari Stotra and Mantra were chanted, as also Kanakadhara-stotram to Mother Lakshmi Devi.
